After being through physical therapy 3 times with other therapists, I began receiving treatment at "Hands On Healing" on a friend’s recommendation. I am not only impressed with the level of skill and knowledge that the therapists possess, but even more importantly, with the quality of treatment that I receive. They provide one on one care and 45 minute sessions of uninterrupted time. It is this combination of quality care and skill level that impresses me the most.

I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the wonderful people at Hands On Healing Physical Therapy.
When I began receiving care at Hands On Healing in late July, I had been in constant pain for six months. My hands were very swollen, stiff and weak. The pain and weakness extended up both my arms and across my shoulders and back. Some nights I was able to sleep for only two hours, because of extreme pain. There were times when I couldn't hold a fork or a toothbrush. Fortunately for me, Hands On Healing changed that. I began feeling relief after the very first evaluation appointment. Suparna made my arms feel as if little dams had been broken down in the tissues, and blood was flowing through more freely. Each and every session has brought more relief from pain, more flexibility, and increased strength. It is difficult to describe the difference in my life that their tremendous care has made. The change for July to December is just incredible. The swelling is almost gone, the pain is minimal and infrequent. I am now working with light weights, something that would have been unthinkable before being treated here. They have given me my lift back!
Hands On Healing offers more than just physical therapy. As a patient, I feel that they care about me, not just care for me. They encourage me along on my journey towards wellness.
